What happens to my characters if I downgrade?
Your characters and chats are preserved. If you have more than 3 characters, you keep them but can't create new ones until you're under the free limit.
Is NSFW content really free?
Yes — NSFW text chat is available on the free plan. It's our differentiator. Only uncensored scene images require Pro.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund.
