Terms of Service

By accessing or using omni-verse.chat, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

• omni-verse.chat is strictly for adults: you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account.
• We collect your date of birth at signup to verify eligibility. Providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these terms.
• We may suspend or delete any account we determine belongs to a person under 18.
• One account per person. Provide accurate information when signing up.

Paid plans (Pro and Pro+) are billed through Stripe. By starting a paid subscription you agree to the following:

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You will be charged the then-current price for your plan at each renewal.
• Billing cycle: your cycle starts on the date of your first payment and repeats monthly or yearly depending on the interval you chose.
• Taxes: prices shown include VAT where applicable. For EU/UK customers, VAT is calculated and remitted via Stripe Tax at checkout based on your billing country; valid VAT IDs receive reverse-charge treatment.
• Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from the customer portal linked in Preferences. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate partial periods.
• Refunds: if you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund. Renewal charges after the first payment are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Payment methods: Stripe processes payments and stores your payment details; we never see your full card number.

You are responsible for the characters, personas, messages and any other content you create or share on omni-verse.chat. By posting content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that it complies with our Community Guidelines.

• You grant omni-verse.chat a license to host, store, display and process your content to operate the service.
• Public characters may appear in Explore and on your creator profile.
• Private characters are visible only to you and are never surfaced publicly.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or the guidelines.

omni-verse.chat hosts fictional, AI-generated romantic and adult roleplay for verified adults. You may use NSFW features only after confirming you are 18 or older.

• All characters are fictional AI personas. They are not real people and do not represent real individuals.
• Strictly prohibited: any content sexualizing minors (including 'aged-up' fictional minors), non-consensual scenarios presented approvingly, bestiality, or content involving real, identifiable people.
• Do not upload real-person images as character avatars for NSFW use.
• We employ automated moderation on prompts and may remove content or suspend accounts for violations. Paid status does not exempt any account from these rules.

Character replies, images and other output on omni-verse.chat are generated by AI models and are fictional. AI output can be inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or sharing it. See our Legal page for the full fictional-content disclaimer.

You agree not to:

• Violate the Community Guidelines, including any age-restricted content rules.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Scrape, crawl, or export content in bulk without permission.
• Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, moderation actions, or the age gate — including automating requests or creating multiple accounts to evade daily usage caps.
• Use disposable or temporary email addresses to create accounts, or farm referral credits with fake accounts.

omni-verse.chat, its name, logo, and software are owned by us. You retain ownership of your user-generated content subject to the license granted above. If you believe someone is infringing your IP, see our DMCA contact info.

omni-verse.chat offers a free plan and paid Pro and Pro+ plans. Plans include daily usage allowances (AI replies, image generations) that reset each day; limits may change.

A paid plan never permits anything the Community Guidelines prohibit.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page — deletion is permanent and removes your personal data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, the guidelines, or to protect the service or other users.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content is fictional and may be incorrect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, omni-verse.chat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes — including price or billing changes — will be announced in-app or by email in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
